1. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. DELIVERY TIME
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched after processing. Your parcel will be delivered to you within 8–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service. Delivery times may vary during festivals, sales, adverse weather conditions, or due to courier delays.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
✅ Free Shipping on all prepaid orders. ✅ COD is available for orders up to ₹999 with a ₹200 advance payment. The advance is adjusted in your total order amount and is not an extra charge.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive:

Courier Partner Name
Tracking Link via Email/SMS/WhatsApp
You can easily track your package until it reaches your doorstep.
5. PACKAGING
Every SainXAttire order is securely packed after a thorough quality check. Once your order is packed, we'll send a packing video to your registered WhatsApp number for complete transparency and trust.
6. DELIVERY DELAYS
Delays may occur due to:

Public holidays/
Courier operational issues/
Incorrect shipping address
7. FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, the courier may attempt delivery again. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us.
